ARE YOU READY TO SAY HELLO SUNDAY MORNING?

Why do a Hello Sunday Morning?

Doing a HSM isn't just about creating a healthy relationship with alcohol - it's about creating a healthy relationship with yourself. It is an opportunity for you to commit 3, 6 or 12 months to making the changes you want in your life. These could be financially, physically, psychologically, emotionally or even just to lose the need to drink. It's a space for you to face that which is holding you back in life and step through it.

Who can do a Hello Sunday Morning?

If you are reading this, you can do a Hello Sunday Morning. HSM is an experience that is open to absolutely anybody who is ready to step up to the challenge. When you are ready, all you need to do is email Chris and you can start your HSM today, tomorrow or whenever you feel it is right for you.

What do you get out of it?

Every HSM is different, its best to have a read through a few of the different HSMer blogs (listed to the right) and see what they get out of it. Check out a great wrap-up video by Ben Hamley (recently finished his 6 month HSM)... My last HSM Post from Ben Hamley on Vimeo.

Why blog your HSM?

Blogging your HSM process is powerful for two key reasons. 1) you are locked into (and supported) for the change you want on your life and 2) other people get to be inspired and learn how to make those changes in their life (including those around you). If you have any concerns about privacy etc. please just email Chris and he will be able to answer your questions and come up with an individual solution that will work for your specific life situation.

Not quite ready to do Hello Sunday Morning?

HSM isn't for everyone. Doing a Hello Sunday Morning is a big decision. The changes in your life are potentially massive. So if you aren't quite ready for that change or feel it isn't the right process for you, here are some ways you can stay in the conversation: 1) Join the Facebook group 2) Pop on the blog now and then and ask the bloggers questions about their experience 3) Subscribe to HSM 4) get Chris or one of the HSMers to speak at your organisation/event.

You cannot fail a HSM!

HSM is about having an intention to create a healthy relationship with alcohol (and yourself), NOT an expectation. As such, it is impossible to fail a Hello Sunday Morning as long as you learn something from the experience. Hello Sunday Morning!
