Hello Sunday Morning is an opportunity for young people to get the support they need to create a little space in their life from alcohol and in doing so, have an opportunity to commit to and be accountable for achieving the personal goals they set for themselves in that period.

This isn’t a project that is against alcohol or for lifelong abstinence. We believe alcohol has a place in our lives and in Australian society. Hello Sunday Morning is simply a project that is about supporting young people that believe in changing their own belief systems around alcohol and are looking for a better way.
