I use internet explorer and have noticed missing images, and have had some issues uploading photos and accessing some features on the website.

At this stage, the Hello Sunday Morning website has some compatibility issues with Internet Explorer 8, an older browser that’s used on some PCs running Windows XP. We strongly recommend updating your browser to the latest version, or switching to Apple’s Safari, Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome. This will not only improve your browser security but should also improve your general online experience.

Why does the Hello Sunday Morning website run slow at times?

During peak traffic hours – usually around midday, and anytime we get crazy good amounts of media exposure – HSM’s servers may struggle to keep up with the influx of demand. If you begin to experience this, wait a couple of minutes and the servers should be back to full speed in no time.

How do I change my username?

Unfortunately there is no simple way to do this, and we strongly suggest that you create your usernames carefully when you first signup. The reason for this is that your username links your account to all your posts in the backend.
