A false start is better than no start

Officially I am 18 days into HSM. Unofficially/realistically I am actually 11 days into HSM. I signed up on a Monday morning after feeling (yet again), hung over and remorseful at work at the start of the week. The quandry, should I not drink on Sunday and feel refreshed for Monday, or, should I drink on Sunday and make the most of the weekend falling into the latter of the two scenarios. Day 2 (officially), I was over the remorse and decided that I didn’t need to proceed with HSM and decided that I would sneakily delete any emails from HSM and, if pressed, make something up. Day 8 (officially), day 1 (unofficially)I found myself at yet another Monday feeling hung over and guilty. I was really, really annoyed and disappointed with myself and vowed that I would start.
