I'm someone who is seduced by the romantic idea of drinking - a glass of wine with dinner; an exotic cocktail on holiday; a pint of real ale in a pub on a cold winters day next to a roaring fire. Unfortunately too often the glass turns to a bottle, the cocktails start at midday and keep flowing; or I stagger out of the pub in the dark regretting my lack of self control.
