Well, think I am into day 4 of sobriety and all ok. BUT kids are on holiday and life is very relaxed. Will be interesting to see how I cope once life gets complicated again with the stresses of school, homework, anger and angst. My escape is usually 5.30pm collapse on the sofa with a glass of wine and watch the news. Am not terribly interested in what’s going on – it’s just a little bit of me time before the chaos of dinner, bath and bedtime. Well … Bring it on. Am feeling positive so will see how I fare.
