Hello other HSMers, Well today is day three of my HSM and I must admit I am a trifle proud of myself, although there is a long way to go. The weekend will be a challenge, I really do love Friday night glasses of wine.My only little hiccup is the fact I am getting married in 18 days, and I am pondering what to do about that little hiccup. You well might ask why start the HSM programme now?? Well it is really forcing me to abstain fropm alcohol, which I am hopefull will cause me to lose just a bit of stubborn weight gained from too much of the good life.I also want to prove us “oldies” can abstain from alcohol.
