I live in one of the most beautiful places in the world, Queenstown NZ. I have two fantastic children and a gorgeous husband, who are all very supportive of me. My body stores to much iron, which in turn effects my liver. My doctor has requested that I do not drink for 3 months. I never thought myself as a drinker... But as it turns out, I am one of those classic Kiwi Binge Drinkers...
To look after my health and to bring my iron levels down to normal levels
To loose some weight and get fit :)
To enjoy the next 3 months and maybe more, without my glass of bubbles in it...
