Well, it begins. After a big night out on Saturday night, and a hungover and regretful Sunday, I have decided that I just cannot keep up like this. I’m not a great person when I’m drunk and ‘just a few’ always ends up in an expensive 4am cab ride, a very tough Sunday on the couch and foggy memories of stupid antics I would never have done sober. Hangovers have definately gotten progressively harder in the last few years… Overall, I think I’m just not compatible with alcohol.   I have comitted to hiking to Mt Everest base camp in April (with no hiking experience – don’t ask!) and my health and fitnees have to be my focus over the coming months to get me in shape for the trip.
