The main reason I quit alcohol is because my super hot Japanese girlfriend has never drank alcohol in her entire life.  In fact she has never had a coca cola!! She is a hot yoga teacher and has a body to die for. For six years I never drank when I was with her ever, but I would go out drinking with other people. Now I am inspired to be more like her.  Super uber healthy, vibrantly happy and energetic with an epic glowing smile. I recently went back to Sydney for the first time in 10 years for my friends wedding.  I managed a wedding and caught up with many friends without drinking a drop. I am very proud.  Since quitting drinking I have also quit caffeine too.  I have been swimming almost everyday and recently swam 2 km in one hour for the first time in my life. I am feeling better than ever.
