Since I was 18 I've given up alochol for a month after the party season. It initially began with February as that is the shortest month, then it progressed to March being a whole week longer than Feb and lately I've done it twice a year. Once after the festivities of Christmas and once before they begin so say January and October. When I heard about 12 in 2012 it sounded like a good fit. Can I up the ante to 3 months? Incentives, kick start some weight loss, not rely on alcohol for a good time, really see some health benefits not to mention the $ I intend on saving....
Give up alcohol for 12 weeks
