As I approach 31 I've grown tired not only of binge drinking (and the 15 year toll of the habit), but also of the general sense of malaise such a lifestyle produces. I want to do the 12 weeks (and perhaps beyond) and create a strong routine in my new career, lose the beer weight and remember what living sober feels like.

Increase writing and research output
Lose weight! Eat healthy & exercise
Change my relationship with alcohol
