I am a 50 year old mother of 2 who has been drinking too much all my adult life. I guess it is Ok to spend too much time socializing and drinking if you're young, single and with a healthy bank account, but when you have a tight budget and kids to look after it's definetively time for a change. I look forward to weekends spent tramping in the mountains or early mornings in the garden. Or even taking the dog for an early stroll on the beach or waking up before the kids to coffee and newly delivered newspaper. The small pleasures of life can be endless. What about some meditation maybe? Or how about having surplus energy at the end of the day? Here we go!
