I am a social binge drinker. I believe most of my friends and family are exactly that...binge drinkers. I'm always the 'crazy' Aunt or friend that tends to be hilarious when drunk, always out for a good time, dancing and singing. However recently, i also have the ability to turn into that crazy friend. Not the funny one, the one that is actually crazy. This is the reason i' m looking into changing the habits and discussions around alcohol. I'm looking forward to feeling healthier, happier and more confident to be myself without alcohol.
To remain completely sober for 3 months
To lose 6 kg
To register and sit the GAMSAT
To run 12 kms
To practice yoga 3 times per week
