Today marks 3 months of abstaining from alcohol for me so I’m half way through my intented 6 months of astinence. I’m feeling really good I almost decided to stop at 3 months but I said I’d do 6 months at least when I started so I’m going to stick at it. I’m still unemployed but I should be working in the next month or so, so I think I’ll start noticing the money I’m saving from not drinking when I’m working and making a weekly wage. I’m excuited for the second half of my journey I think things will start to get even better in the next 3 months. Blake

 Hello, I haven’t been on the site since the end of last year and since then I’ve started a new HSM journey. I stared on the 1st of February and it’s now day 78 so that’s over 2 months of no drinking. My goal is to do at least 6 months and ideally 1 year of abstinence from alcohol. I’ve learnt alot so far in my time not drinking. I’ve learnt that I was drinking to fill the void of being bored and also that alcohol was really holding me back as I was abusing it. I intend to do reagular posts from now on in and I’m looking forward to reading other peoples posts and what they have learnt and have been doing while they are no drinking. Blake.
