Im a teacher and i am newly single. I find myself out on the sociual scene and for dinners a lot, so im drinking more. I find that im more tired the next day, eventhough i dont binge drink...a few wines a few nights a week adds up and my weight has increased. Id like to get fit, not rely on wine to socialise and have more energy! Its a great challenge!
