5 days dry. Saturday night away for the weekend with my wife and her in-laws. City pub..some beer. Italian restaurant- some wine. Hotel piano bar…a night cap. I succummed. And I\’m sorry. Tried and fell off the bike….Slept so poorly. Tonight…tonic water..just tonic water…and I start again. Apologies.

Day 3. The longest dry spell this year for me has been 5 days….a couple of weeks ago and then as a new year’s resolution….so going OK….After a shocker of a day at work, that white was looking good….but deflected the temptation.
