I must admit, this week was up there with the worst weeks to start not drinking in Brisbane:  one gig, 5 pubs, rugby semi final and state of origin.  Still, I do feel better for it.  11 days in, already I’ve lost 2kg (undoubtedly fluid weight, not the good kind either), and basically haven’t spent a penny. Feel good so far, yesterday was actually the first day that I felt like a frosty one.  My mind seems so much busier and I am getting a lot more done.  The exercise on the weekends is awesome, something I would normally never get the chance to do. My goal is to lose 12kg in the 13 weeks, I will keep updated on my progress. Brooke
