90 Days Sober Starts Midnight Tonight

I met Chris Raine in New Zealand when he appeared on The Nutters Club radio show I am a part of. Quitting drinking for a month is something I’ve done before but never for longer. I’m not a binge drinker nor have I ever fallen down drunk but over the past few of years drinking at home has become the norm – again, not excessively but 3 to 4 glasses a night most nights of the week. So the next three months is for my waistline, my head the next mornings and a challenge for me personally.
