Here we go… So I joined HSM on 28/12/11 and it’s now well into the new year and I’m so far doing pretty good with my ‘not drinking for 3 months’ stint. This meant that a had a very quiet New Year’s and woke up feeling amazing, fresh and ready to take on the new year with a clear head. Trust me, I love a nice glass of wine or two when I’ve had a big day at work or a relaxing day off so it’s a little hard to get over that. I’m also going through a break up which means feeling pretty down in the dumps as I’m already suffering from depression. All I’ve wanted to do is drink my sorrows away but I now have HSM in the back of my mind and I love a challenge so this is it!! I have all of these thoughts [...]
