Just celebrated my 40th Birthday and have decided it's time to break this cycle I have fallen into of drinking too much too often. I have always lived a healthy lifestyle in regards to excercise and eating and get so disappointed in myself when I drink too much knowing how it's the only piece of the puzzle I would like to change. So here it is! It's out there now and why wait for New Years to start. My first dry Christmas in a very long time!
To set a good example for my children
To not reley on alcohol to treat my stress
To stop binge drinking
To feel healthier
To lose weight
