Hi I’m CJ, I’m a student from Sydney and I’ve already been off alcohol since late August  2010. So far I have learnt that drinking is the most convenient excuse to act like an idiot on a weekend, or take a risk you wouldn’t normally take (for better or worse, usually for the latter). Its easy enough to say this, but what is hard about not drinking is being unable to have this excuse in your back-pocket – ready to be called upon should you need it. Not drinking forces me to be more responsible, or least act like it, as logically I should know better than those around me who do choose to drink.
