I'm 31, have had a long history with alcohol abuse. I had 9 months without a drink last year and my life was so much better in so many ways. From the beginning of this year I have gone back to my old self-destructive behaviour. I need to get back to where I was last year and feel HSM might give me some inspiration.
abstain entirely from alcohol
abstain entirely from ciggarettes
exercise 3-4 times per week
beat my best time in the bridge to brisbane
engage in weekly social activity
