Im 32 years old and have abused substances ever since i was 15. It affects my confidence and my general well being in a very negative way. I gave up drinking last year for 8 months but lately I have lost my motivation to stay booze free. I am hoping being part of the HSM community helps me to renew my committment and allows me to communicate with people who have a similar experience with alchol as I do.
