One Month Sober!

Today is one month since I stopped drinking!! The change has been awesome, I’m saving money, I have more energy, I’ve lost weight.    When I started my HSM I thought I would get absolutely no support, but there have only been a couple of friends who have dismissed my efforts and called me boring. My parents are proud of me, and as dedicated wine-drinkers, they think what I am doing is close to impossible.    My biggest challenge so far was when my family and I went out to dinner at the Bavarian Bier Cafe. As a long-time beer lover, I was anticipating the worst. However, after the initial stage of the rest of my family ordering glistening litres of beer, the rest of the evening went by without a hitch.   I’m looking forward to more empowering moments through my HSM
