I'm 30 years old and have been drinking socially for around 13 years. Still enjoy a beer or two but have found in recent times that the next day is getting harder and harder. Also realising that dragging myself out of bed 3-4 days of the week is no way to live, and that if I am serious about starting a family after I am married in November then I need to pull my head in. I want to set a good example to my kids and also want to look after myself so that I have a better chance of a long life with them.
