I like my actions to speak for themselves, so I shall leave this short. I am coming to realise that there are things about myself I do not like. Some of these things I can change, and some I cannot. I am determined to change that which I can and learn to accept what I cannot. Drinking serves no constructive purpose in my life, and while I wouldn't qualify myself as a problem drinker, I cannot escape the feeling that I am subjecting myself to something utterly detrimental for no gain whatsoever.

Define and realise my vision for myself
Avoid toxic social situations fed by an obligation to drink
Write weekly
Get fitter
