I can\\\’t believe how much I have going for me and how much I take it for granted.  I have a great job earning a 6 figure wage doing what I love. I have a beautiful family that love me and I seem destined to piss it up against a wall. I want to come home and not drink but I feel the need to every night.  I dont get totally drunk but I always have enough to dull the senses.  Problem is the more I do it the more I need to btake the edge off.   I spend way too much of my good wage on the stuff and I need to stop.  I am keen to make a commitment to break this habit. The more encouagrement I get the easier it will be. David
