Im a dance and fitness instructor. I work late and start early. I have been using alcohol as a way to unwind and shut off my mind. Now it's time to practice what I preach. And lately I started wandering if maybe I'm only stressed because I put pressure on my body through excessive drinking late every night.

Healthy body
Not needing to drink every night
To be able to wake up early with a clear mind
To regain confidence
