I'm 48 years old. Drink only usually on a Friday or Saturday, but one or two glasses has turned into the bottle is gone. Have lost alot of weight in the last 4 years but cant move form down to the 60s. What to see if this is why i cant shift the last 5-7kgs.
Not to drink for 3 Months
Feel better in the morning on the weekend
Go for runs in the weekend
Lose weight and inches
Be able to drive home when i go out
