Mmmm… cough, cough… Yeah well I’m a drinker again. Went on a holiday to the Great Barrier Reef and couldn’t resist enjoying drinks over the barbie. What got me better sleep in the end was being AWAY FROM THE INTERNET! Now I’m back in the city and have stayed drinking- I think I’ve figured out my problem with it. I love the rush of it, and because I have a high pain-tolerance, can drink more than most people I know. That means my hangovers are worse than those of most of the people I know too. I don’t know what the answer really is, except to drink the French way- always over food, and never so that I’m staggering all over the street. Beginnings

Hmmm, had a big weekend where I lost track of reality again. Agreed to quit drinking for 3 months to start off with. Will hopefully divert the energy/ craziness into my art practice. It could do my beer belly some good.
