I am a singer who works as an Account Manager for a wine agency, and I am very passionate about being able to create. I know that I have a creative block and I think over the years I have come to depend on alcohol for escapism and as an emotional crutch. This has been a result from some hurtful events that have occurred over the past 10 years.... I never use to drink, maybe an occasional glass of wine, and I would like to get back to that place. I know I have the ability to use my talent in such a way that I can be very successful, and I use to spend hours singing, writing music and getting a thrill out of every moment... I believe if I can remove the pull alcohol has had on me I will achieve more, focus more and love more....

To focus on achieving my career goals & giving energy, time and power towards achieving those goals
To develop in myself a higher level of emotional self control
To clear my head & heart space
