Post Title…First Post After Quitting Alcohol For Year One

I signed up to quit all alcohol for one year from the first of January 2012.I actaully stopped mid-December 2011.My wife was due to give birth to our third child and the night her waters broke,we were at home around 10pm on a Sunday night and you guessed it I had been having a few beers(about five) and could drive,but didn\’t want to risk DUI.My wife drove us to the hospital.What a wake up call.I always vowed I would be on call 24/7 for my wife and kids,so now I am. I have had no problems, apart from lots of extra time,memory is getting better,no headaches,more energy,enthusiastic,more money every week to buy things for my family and save for my new motorcycle.Good problems.I intend to stay alcohol free foreveer now as my health is paramount and I have even started losing weight and eating better.I am having a go at the reboost [...]
