Scarier than skydiving

Just committed to 12 weeks of sobriety in the New Year.  Absolutely ridiculous but I am nervous about it.  Will I be able to do it?  I recently gave up sugar, yeast and dairy for 3 months and couldn\’t stick to it 100% so am I going to be able to do this?  Scarier than jumping out of a plane!
