There’s little in the way of boasting; just unflinching honesty and a steady enthusiasm as he discusses his own background, the establishment of Hello Sunday Morning, what he sees as the origins of Australia’s binge drinking culture, and the research released by the Foundation for Alcohol Research and Education two weeks ago, which found that 79 percent of Australians perceive the country as having a problem with alcohol.
