Hello Monday Morning, Well, i have managed to cut all my portion sizes in half and am slowly getting use to being hungry most of the time. Have swapped any fattening food for healthier options, such as low fat milk and low fat cheese. Having less rice and more vegies etc. Could not change much as was already eating healthy but hoping these little changes help. I have an appt this arvo with the gym I have just joined to get measured and showed around. Have never been a gym member before!!! Aiming for at least 1kg weight loss a week, anymore is just a bonus. I am really excited about the changes i am making but know that its all too easy to get slack, so going to try so hard to stick to all chnages for at least 2-3 weeks to try and make them habits and routine. With 30 years of suffering with bad anxiety and depression i finally have a bright future ahead and have those dibilitating mental illness\’s under control. With enough horrible stories to have dedcuced 2 of the only counsellors i have opened up to, to tears i am grateful that for my many efforts of pushing through and climbing moutains and jumping hurdles, I can now walk with my head held high and actually want to wake up the next day. Actually plan for my future and look forward to it (There is a lot more I could write here but thats all you need to know for now So……………. 3 months of sobriety, as of January 1st, is just another stepping stomne to something better.
