Weekend number 3 coming up and still going strong, if not stronger than ever! I reckon I’ve lost around 3-4 kg’s so far, and that’s gonna increase. Been very productive and happy, more balanced moods and far, far fewer headaches! So, another clear weekend ahead and GO THE ALL BLACKS!!!

Let’s see, I had a BBQ, the rugby, 2 dinners and a mate from overseas visit over the weekend. Score? Me – win, booze – lose.

Friday was a piece of cake. Today I have a BBQ and a rugby match. More of a challenge, but I’m feeling cool calm and collected about it. Great friends support the idea and who knows? Maybe one will end up joining me? Woke up this morning feeling quite dulled out, like I’d had a big night – but I hadn’t so what gives?
