I am 34, and although I have changed a little in my life and have taken up fitness. I still think alcohol plays a big part in stopping me from achieving more in life. So I am hoping that I will come out confident, balanced and a better person in 3 months :).
To be more balanced in life
To be healthier
To be fitter
To be in control of my decisions with out alcohol
To be strong and conquer these goals
