I am 40 years old, drink too much and i believe it is now having a negative impact on my life - both at work and at home. In the past 2 months I have experienced blackouts, where i dont remember large parts of an evening. It first happened on my 40th birthday in Dcember and has happened twice since. I drink to relax, to celebrate, to connect with my partner, to be brave enough to say how i really feel. I enjoy a drink at almost any occassion. I would like to prove to myself that I can achieve more out of life by regulating my alcohol consumption.

Lose weight
more patience and time as a mother and teach my children by example better habits re alcohol
