I'm Mike, a 23 year old Law student in the UK, I've always drunk heavily on nights out out of a necessity to be drunk. This has lead to numerous bad things happening as a result. I'm tired of waking up not knowing what I did the night before and the block alcohol puts on my fitness goals. Not only this, but over the years I've noticed the reliance I've placed on alcohol to be 'that guy'.
