After 10 years of being around a heavy drinking culture throughout school, Uni and beyond, I am keen to take a step back and reset my approach to alcohol. I look forward to stepping up and taking on my HSM challenge and hope it will help give me clarity and confidence as I move forward through this exciting stage of my life. HSM will be a great way for me to validate this choice and interact with others keen to take some ownership and control of their decisions!!!
