Alcohol has been a strong part of my personal and social life for as long as I can remember. In the past I have had a six month break, and numerous other attemps to reduce the number of drinks that I consume. TIme for a refresher, and HSM is a new form of support. Looking forwad to the next 3 months.
Reduce days of alcohol consumption to 2 days per week
Reduce amount of alcohol consumption per sitting 2-4 standard drinks
Pay off credit card
Increase energy levels and productivity
Enjoy regular exercise daily
