Five weeks In

This is the first time i have written anything since the start. Feeling great, sleeping better and have found it really a lot easier than anticipated. Have been on social outings, even went to the wineries and have not felt tempted at all. In fact I have felt strong!! Really want to do the 3 months and even longer if I can.
