I completed Dry July last year and another month sober the year before. I'm feeling my 2-3 glasses of wine every night (and more of a weekend) is too much and I'd like to take a break. My decision to not drink for (at least) one month has come about because a close family member has become ill, part of the reason being because of their unhealthy lifestyle, so this has helped me take a look at my own health. My unhealthy habit is so ingrained in me that I will need all the support I can get to see me through this transition.
Stay away from wine (and other alcohol) for one month
Establish goals surrounding my relationship with alcohol after this one month abstinence
Feel more confident within myself minus the drink in my hand
Become a happier and healthier me
Exercise 5 days + per week
