I'm a really busy mum! Between my partner and I we have 4 kids, I work full time, study part time and have some great business ideas that I am sure I could get off the ground if I broke the habit of having a glass or two of wine with dinner! As soon as I've had that drink, I lose focus, get drowsy and usually end up napping in front of the television instead of doing what I had planned to do - this year, its going to change!
Improve my ability to focus on my study and new business ideas
Wake up feeling good each day
Exercise more, have more energy
Demonstrate to my children that you can have just as much fun without drinking!
