Nurture and cherish my beautiful family & friends more.

I want to challenge myself and in doing so challenge others decisions about what they are doing in their life.

I want to read more, exercise more and increase my appetite for the smaller things in life.

I want to do unexpected and wild things.

“All those who are unhappy in the world, are so as a result of their desire for their own happiness. All those who are happy in the world, are so as a desire for the happiness of others” (Buddhist proverb) What are you doing during your HSM that is making you happy?

It’s because of you

I read every one of your blogs everyday. In a weird kind of way I feel like I know each ofyou quite intimately. The reason I haven’t blogged since I finished my HSM is therefore, probably because of you. Yes YOU! The person reading this! First of all, you are all pretty amazing.  You make the HSM team (below) super excited everyday to come into work! Things I love about doing a HSM My mouth hurts from smiling so much! The reason – when you are drinking you are too busy consuming liquid that you don’t smile enough.  Fact – smiling makes you age slower, it is contagious and it boosts your immune system – WINNING all round. I have the best family & friends in the world! I would do anything for my family & friends! The reason – this experience has just solidified what I have always known, those who love you and care for you do not judge, do not criticise, [...]

Now you might be thinking, “Well shit, you’ll be here for the rest of your life making university students take a break from drinking!”  Perhaps you are right. But, I believe that many university students don’t enjoy watching what little money they have drain away to overpriced drinks at clubs, cab money, KFC on hangover day and ultimately, poor Uni results.  Often, perhaps too late, they [...]
