Well its been two weeks since I had my last drink,  I haven’t missed it at all. except for this evening I was very close to having a beer.  However I made myself stop as I knew I would be very cross with mysef if I did. 2 weeks down 10 to go.  I on also on a health kick, exercising and eating right, and have lost 2.6 Kg. Hope you all are hanging in there.
