It's been several years since I stopped using alcohol for a prolonged period and although I don't drink much when I'm single, this has changed since I started seeing my boyfriend. He suffers from depression and drinks a lot which is never a good combination. I am hoping this inspires him to reduce his alcohol intake so that he doesn't have to put himself through the hellish cycles of drinking and feeling blue. Life is hard enough!
